PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia is an Indonesian technology company and the maker of Meta-Koda, an AI assistant for service businesses. Meta-Koda answers customer messages on WhatsApp, takes and manages reservations, and runs loyalty and marketing programmes on behalf of the businesses that use it.

We are a technology provider. We do not own, operate or franchise any of the businesses listed on this page. Each is an independent company that has engaged PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia to operate its customer messaging.

For each business below, PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia is the authorised technology provider for WhatsApp Business messaging. Each one's WhatsApp Business Account is held and administered by PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia on that business's behalf and with its authorisation.

Where we operate a WhatsApp Business Account on a client's behalf, the client remains the business its customers are talking to. Specifically:

• the brand, the venue and the customer relationship belong entirely to the client;
• the WhatsApp Business display name customers see is the client's business name, not ours;
• messages are sent and received on the client's own phone number, published by the client;
• PT. Metaseti Digital Indonesia acts as a data processor for the client, as set out in our Privacy Policy;
• the client may take over administration of its WhatsApp Business Account, or end the arrangement, at its request.
